Agenda for 3D Printing Food workshop will be rather organic but we have prepared basic outline for upcoming two days:
DAY 1: VŠCHT B | Z B3-215
10:00 | Introduction of Maker Institute and workshop + Future of Food Research
10:30 | 3D Printing + System Explanation
Introduction of Challenge + Division of Teams
12:00 | Lunch break + shopping for ingredients!
13:00 | Group brainstorm
14:00 | Prototyping
17:30 - 18:00 | Evaluation of first prototypes + tips and tricks of food
DAY 2: VŠCHT A | S132 “Uhelna”
10:00 | Group learnings of Day 1 / 5 slide presentation / do’s + don'ts of own prototypes
10 min for each group
10:30 | Prototyping
12:00 | Lunch break + shopping!
13:00 | Printing 1 prototype per group
17:00 | Final presentation of solution
17:30 - 18:00 | Evaluation and open discussion and menu!
